Focusing on cleansing and strengthening our bodies after the Christmas festivities.  The 8 Day Spring Cleanse is a gentle and effective program that’s designed to fit in with normal work and home life.  Increase energy, lose the extra weight, clear sluggishness, tone your body, get ready for the year ahead.

Includes: - wholefood breakfasts & take home lunch boxes; easy to follow eating guidelines; medicinal teas; morning yoga classes
