In the Taoist Five Element system, Autumn relates to the Metal element. The season is about elimination of the unwanted; letting go on all levels. It’s also a good time to strengthen the lungs and large intestine, helping to keep colds and flu’s away. Start your weekday with uplifting seasonal yoga designed to bring you vitality, optimism and good judgement. A delicious miso soup will be served after class each day. The classes will be taught by Anne, Peter and Tracey. All levels of flexibility and experience are welcome.
This program gets best results by attending each day, however you may attend on a casual basis if you can’t clear the whole week ($22 / passes accepted).
