7 Day Spring Japanese Yoga Intensive

Join us for 7 mornings of yoga focusing on the Wood element -  loosen up joints and sides, unfurl your body after the contraction of winter time.  Delight in the rising and spiralling energy of Springtime

Includes yoga, notes & recipes, light breakfast (eat in or takeaway)
Daily lunchboxes (Mon-Fri) will be available  for additional $12 per day – must be pre-ordered

All levels of experience & flexibility accommodated,
however some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Fee: $185 (7 day commitment, no casual attendance).
