Focusing on purifying the liver and gall bladder, and improving joint mobility, internal and external flexibility. Feel the spiralling & rising energy of springtime -unleash your vision. Join us for the 5 days of morning yoga starting 2 September – 6am – 7am followed by a communal breakfast – eat in or takeaway if you need to zip to work. All levels of experience & flexibility accommodated, however some prior yoga experience is recommended.
