held at the picturesque Brahma Kumaris Spiritual Centre, only a 40 min drive from Melbourne
Sink deep into asana practice, pranayama, meditation and philosophy. Enjoy full prepared healthy vegetarian meals. Take off for an adventure in 22 acres of natural bushland, or head down for an afternoon at Peninsula Hot Springs (not included in retreat package)
