This professional 300 hour program on yoga therapy brings you the most effective aspects of traditional yoga and ayurveda combined with modern medicine. Designed especially for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners, the program should also be of interest to people from related fields.

Specific guidelines for different conditions and general treatment principles will be detailed, empowering you to safely and effectively address health issues through yoga.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The program is delivered in 7 intensive modules (5 days for each module) with a flexible structure. Each module may be attended independently and certificates will be issued for each module. Every module aims to help you immediately begin applying what you have learned.

Module 6: Positive Psychology, Stress, Anxiety

Integration and Completion

Dr. Ganesh Mohan, son of A. G. Mohan and Indra Mohan, was trained from childhood in yoga and other related traditional studies. He is a doctor, trained in both modern medicine and Ayurveda. He is the co-author of the Mohans’ books, Yoga Therapy, Krishnamacharya, and Yoga Reminder, and a contibutor to several others. He is deeply interested in the profound wisdom of yoga psychology, which he continues to study and teach. He is an advisor to the IAYT in the US and the AAYT in Australia.
