Yoga Focus classes are 2 hour classes where we focus on a specific group of postures.
During the practice we discuss progressions, modifications and counter-poses so you will leave having a better understanding of the steps required to improve this aspect of your practice. Small class numbers allow for individual attention and the longer class time allows for questions.
Jean's experience as a yoga teacher for 20 years and yoga teacher trainer for the last 11 years means you have access to a wealth of practical information and experience. If you are a yoga student you will gain a better understanding of how to progress your practice. If you are a yoga teacher you will gain helpful teaching tips and progressions.
Suitable for those with at least 6 months yoga experience.
You can attend these classes as a casual one-off ($25) or choose to buy a four pass class for a discount (4 Focus Class Pass - $90). You may choose to attend the whole series.
