Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga. Movements are syncronised with breath in a series of postures designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Suitable for all levels of experience. There is a maximum of 14 people per class.
In this course you will be guided through the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. The teacher gives instruction on how to do the postures safely, protecting your joints and building your core strength. If you have never done Ashtanga Yoga before this class is a good one to attend to get an idea of the style and approach.
