Intermediate classes include intermediate level postures, breathing exercises, deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation.  Previous experience necessary.

Beginner and general classes cover basic yoga postures, breathing exercises and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) with meditation towards end of the term.  Suitable for experienced or beginner.

Many people tell me they experience better sleep and general feeling of wellbeing after attending these classes.

Students are encouraged to work at their own level.

 

Term 2, 2015 begins 28th April - 18th June, 2015 - 8 week term

Fees $150 for 8 weeks.  Concessions available.

Classes also held at Queanbeyan on Thursday evenings at Queanbeyan Public School Library, Isabella Street beginning 6th February.  Intermediate level 6pm and Beginners 7.45pm.  8 week term.
