Join us at Mantra Yoga the first Sunday of each month at 6.45pm for an hour of chanting & meditating. Enjoy the energy of the group. Chanting can reach deep into your soul & set you up for the bliss of meditation. Everyone is welcome. Entry by donation (Given to charity). Namaste
