An energetic, but joyful session to celebrate the spring, the return of the sun and warmth.
Session will incorporate sun salutations of various types, an interlude in the park amongst the trees ( weather permitting.), a light snack, breathing practices to extend the breath and appropriate mantras. All done in a meditative atmosphere.
The aim will be to refresh, revitalize and celebrate yoga and life.
8.00-9.45 Salutations to sun with variations and complementary asanas.
!0.00- 11.00 mantra, pranayama and stillness.
