Essential principles to perfect your running
This workshop will demonstrate how different foot types and muscle tightness can lead to misalignments that can impact negatively on your running. You will learn how to identify your foot type and learn Pilates exercises that will release tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles to keep your body aligned so that you can perfect your running and avoid injury.
