    Class By Donation: When Life & Balance was formed over a decade ago one of our founding principles was to make yoga more easily accessible to everyone. Our Hatha by donation classes aim to do this as well as provide us with a small way to give back to our community. Hatha by Donation classes run for one hour and are open to the general public, no membership needed! Just bring along some comfortable clothes and donate what you can.
