Prenatal Pilates during pregnancy will strengthen and prepare your body for labour and also help with a faster postnatal recovery. Classes are low impact and will focus on the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles helping to minimize lower back pain as well as developing stronger arms, and stretching any tight muscles.
This prenatal pilates course is suitable for all expectant mothers in their 2nd & 3rd trimester.
Once a week, hour long class over a consecutive 6 week period. Same day, same time, same group each week! Come along and learn techniques to prepare yourself for birth as well as make friends and share your pregnancy experiences. No previous Yoga experience necessary!
