Program Overview - KRI Level One Teacher Training Program
KRI International Level One Certification (Kundalini Research Institute certified)
Kundalini Yoga, or the “yoga of awareness” was brought to the West in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga and White Tantric. Before this time Kundalini Yoga was practised in India and Tibet but was a secret practice only passed down selectively and verbally from a master to a chosen disciple.
You will explore your own potential, challenge yourself, and touch your
soul. It is suitable for everyone, whether you would like to become a certified teacher or simply wish to deepen your personal experience and yoga practice. The course provides the tools and comprehensive training to learn both the theory and techniques of Kundalini Yoga.
The training will take place as a series of three retreats from March to September.
All retreats will be held on retreat at YANADA Retreat, two hour out of Sydney near Wisemans Ferry.
Training Week One March 11 - 17
Training Week Two June 3 - 9
Training Week Three September 23 - 29
