Sometimes we can take life and ourselves way to seriously. In practicing Laughter Yoga you have full permission to laugh for no reason. The laughter not only becomes a physical practice but it shifts to an internal practice, altering our attitudes and allowing us to connect to our inner joy.
This session includes the practice of asana (posture), pranayama (breath work) and then a laughter yoga experience as taught by Dr Madan Kataria.
Please Note: You don’t have to be funny to attend this workshop, but just have a willingness to have fun!
Investment: $35 for full or $30 for concession.
