This 2 hour Yin Yoga Masterclass, with Kula Yoga's founder Kacey, will focus on releasing along the spine and opening around the pelvis.
You will explore a sequence of Yin poses to reduce tension and pain, while increasing mobility and movement.
What is Yin Yoga?
- A meditative and slow paced class with long, deep stretches and holds of 2 - 5 minutes
- Yin Yoga creates space in your body and stimulates the body's energy lines (meridians)

About the instructor Kacey Smith: Kacey is the founder of Kula Yoga. Her love for travel led her to Canada where she completed her teacher training at YYOGA Neoapline in Hot Yoga, with a further intensive in Power Vinyasa. She invited inspirational Yin Yoga teachers Mysan Sidbo & Jennifer Crescenzo to hold teacher training courses at the Kula Yoga studio where she learned the beautiful benefits of a Yin practice. She soon found value in the blissful mind-body connection that continuously inspires her to combine Yin with her dynamic Power & Hot practice.
