Blissed Out: Backbends for Energy, Strength and Radical Openness

Whether you wish to relieve back tension and soreness, improve posture, energize the body or step into a greater state of love and compassion, this workshop is for you.

This two-hour session will allow you to:

  • Increase mobility, strength and confidence in your backbends
  • Learn proper alignment, how to protect your body, and poses to prepare you for deeper heart-opening asanas
  • Boost your mood and elevate your energy
  • Release and heal stored emotions to help elevate you to a greater state of happiness

You will leave this workshop feeling energised, refreshed, alert and high off of sweet, blissful, yogic vibes.

About the instructor: Ashley Dunlop is an inspired, compassionate and supportive yoga instructor who loves guiding students to reach the next level of their practice. Backbends and heart-openers are Ashley's favorite group of asanas, and she is elated to share her experience and expertise with those looking to elevate their overall state of being, deepen their practice and live with a heightened state of awareness, compassion and openness.
