This workshop is an opportunity to tailor your yoga practice to your life; it is a chance to become your own best teacher. We will look at the underlying anatomy and kinesiology of a variety of poses and learn to explore poses by intention rather than performance. You will learn how to adapt poses and make informed choices to suit your body, support your intention, and stay safe in your practice. The workshop will be 75% practical so you will feel the anatomy experientially. Aimed at yoga teachers and also students wanting to deepen their yoga practice.
