About Dani Woolley
Dani's training is in traditional Hatha from teachers who were also passionate about Ashtanga, she has practiced numerous styles and draws from all of these to compose her classes. Dani trained in Rishikesh, India, and has taught in Bali, Thailand, and Melbourne.
Dani has practiced for 16 years, when a petite 70+ year old yogini called Del, taught her and other giggling girls in their spare period. This practice introduced her to a feeling she had never known, and she explained at the time as "feeling so light and energised at the same time", Dani left her first yoga class "walking on clouds".
Dani teaches a blend of styles and draws from experiences she has had along life's journey, specifically Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Ashtanga.
Dani aims to give a balanced class which incorporates connecting to the mind, body, and breath in a supportive environment. She wants students to feel their progression and achieve a sense of balance.
Workshop is $50, and a deposit is required to secure your place, please contact Dani on 0450323280 or firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
