Be The Change with New Perspectives (A Jivamukti Yoga weekend with Advanced Certified teacher Will Sen Lau from Hong Kong and Heeki Park from Japan)

 

All levels are welcome for all of these workshops, which contain Asana, Lectures and Meditation.

WORKSHOP 1 - “A New Perspective - A Balancing Workshop” with Will Senn Lau (Saturday 19th November 10am – 1pm)

Inversions give us a fresh perspective; balancing helps us connect back to our roots, our source! Come join Will for a challenging class of Jivamukti Yoga, become perfectly balanced!

 

WORKSHOP 2 - “The First Half of the Sadhana Padah” – with Will Senn Lau (Saturday 19th November 2pm - 4:30pm)

This two-part workshop will take the practitioner, the radical yogi to search for the root cause of our suffering. The workshops will have very gentle stretching, pranayama to awaken the mind, and enlightening concepts to help the yogi to really enjoy the Yoga Sutra.

 

WORKSHOP 3 - “Make a Change” – Pledge by a Radical Yogi with Heeki Park (Sunday November 20th 10am – 1pm)

“Make a Change!” It is up to you. It always has been. Come for a powerful back-bending, heart-opening vinyasa class with Heeki, learn the facts about the atrocities against mother-nature, chant “Om Shanti”, and meditate for World Peace.

 

WORKSHOP 4 - “The Second Half of the Sadhana Padah” - with Will Senn Lau (Sunday November 20th 2pm – 4:30pm)

This second part workshop aims to lead the yogi to understand the logic behind The Sadhana Padah of the Yoga Sutra in terms of Karma and emptiness from a yogic point-of-view. This will lead the yogic to see their habitual tendencies (samskara) in a new perspective, thereby leading to possible changes and liberation from suffering.
