This fun 3 hour workshop will focus on exploring the many functions of the psoas muscle and ways this muscle impacts on the rest of our mind and body. We will look at this muscle from an eastern energetic perspective as well as a western biomechanics . There will be a large practical component practicing safe methods of releasing the psoas muscle and we will learn ways to keep this muscle hydrated, lengthy and happy!
It is an introductory course, so its available to anyone who has an interest in this area. Whether you’re a yoga teacher or a new yoga student, or perhaps you would simply like to learn new ways to nourish your body more deeply then this course is for you.
