- Handstand practice
This workshop is for anyone wanting to strengthen their core, overcome fear, learn how to use your hands and protect the wrists in asana practice, have any burning questions about turning upside down, want to learn tips for getting to the press up stage or if you simply want to fine-tune your inversion practice. All levels welcome.
