In 1990 practicing in Shri K Pattabhi Jois’s yoga shala Mysore India, there were only 8 students in the room and I was one of those students practicing right next to Sharon Gannon and David Life. The direct teaching from Guruji was intense and empowering and I feel it was this experience for Sharon and David that prepared the ground, making it fertile for the conception of Jivamukti Yoga
