We invite you to immerse yourself into a yogic lifestyle for a whole month and discover how it feels to live a life in yoga!
For 30 days, you'll create a framework within your every day life to practice yoga, meditate, eat clean and whole foods, and learn more about yourself than you ever thought possible. You'll be guided, supported and inspired by our dedicated and passionate teachers and guest presenters, to be the very best version of yourself.
This is not a "quick fix", nor a detox, but a total lifestyle overhaul. Weed out old habits that are no longer serving you, create new patterns of health and wellbeing, and fulfill your true potential!

What's included:
*Guest passes for new introductions or students who have not practiced at InYoga for 6 months; limit one pass per guest; guest must accompany participant to the same class; only permitted for scheduled classes, not specialty workshops.

Week One
Friday 9th September 6.30pm- 7.15pm
A Life \ InYoga Intro Night & Meditation with Nicole & Rod
This session will welcome you to the program, and introduce you to your fellow yogis as we dive into a month-long exploration of what it means to live “a life in yoga”.
This workshop is specifically for those who are enrolled in "A Life \ InYoga" 30-Day Immersion.

Vinyasa Foundations Workshop with Nicole Walsh
Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or just a couple of days, there is plenty of juice in this workshop to fine-tune your flow, discover the alignment that works best for you in a range of commonly practiced yoga asanas (postures). Discover the essential building blocks for a healthy practice, take out the guess-work and get assistance with those poses that leave you wondering if you’re on the right track.

Myofascial Release Workshop with Theresa Refalo
What is fascia and why do we need to release it? Fascia is connective tissue that basically holds our body together! When the fascia in our body tightens, it restricts movement and our body compensates, causing pain. Theresa Refalo is a massage therapist with years of experience in helping people find relief from muscular tension and pain. Learn techniques to release structural tightness through incorporating the use of a tennis ball, stretching, subtle movements and yoga practice. These techniques will assist you with relieving pain and discomfort as part of a daily routine.

Inversons can be a lot of fun in the right environment, and Nicole will set the tone for collaboration, community and creativity while you explore your inversion prectice. Working in pairs or groups of three, take this opportunity to get upside down, make new friends, and support one another in this playful exploration of inverted poses.

Every day we make choices about food, and these choices have a direct impact on our health – contributing to the prevention, management, or onset of many chronic diseases. It may be a cliché, but the saying, “you are what you eat”, rings true!
Many factors have a negative impact on our access to nutrients within our foods, come and learn about the ways in which you can ensure a healthy body and a sound mind from good nutrition, having adequate digestion and creating positive habits.

A wholefood chef specialising in gluten- free cooking, Angie takes a simple approach when it comes to preparing food. She believes food should be eaten as neature intended: organic, fresh, grown locally and in season wherever possible. She also believes it should look great, and taste even better! If you're curious about how to prepare meals that nourish the body and soul, this workshop will set you on the right path.
