Inner Cor Yoga is running a 5 Week Harmonize Your Body Challenge for those of you looking to re-balance you body and improve your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

A holistic approach for nourishing mind, body and soul, this challenge includes dedicated yoga practice, conscious and healthy eating practices and support throughout your journey.

What you are committing to:




At least 3 Yoga classes per week for 5 weeks


A weekly Monday evening meeting for 5 weeks


Tracking your eating habits for 5 weeks

Journal packed full of information for your journey,


including recipes, space for recording eating habits, yoga


practice, and your thoughts.


Guided meditation on USB


Support and guidance from Swami Prema Ananda and a
