Taking place one Sunday each month this is a series of two-hour workshops suitable for beginners or those returning to yoga. Attending all of the workshops will provide participants with a solid yoga foundation to establish a personal home practice and an opportunity to receive individual instruction and corrections on postures and alignment for the fundamental poses of yoga. It will include breathing practices, meditation and relaxation. Students may attend one or more workshops.
