Let's Meditate! - with Sarah Fletcher from Quiet Mind Meditation
Meditation is both a tool and a pathway. As a tool it provides a wealth of physical and emotional benefits, including stress relief, heightened creativity and intuition, improved sleep, and a more positive attitude to life; as a pathway meditation helps us discover who we are and connect with a deeper sense of ‘self’.
There are many different types of meditations and no “right” way to meditate. During the month of March we shall explore a number of different meditation practices including Mindfulness of Breath and Body, and Mantra, as opportunities to quieten the mind and body. We shall also introduce The Meditation Map a nine-step meditation guide that is designed to support and nourish your personal meditation journey.
