Ihana Yoga provides Yoga Australia registered, further education for yoga teachers. The 150h level Post Graduate Yoga Teacher Training is geared towards applied anatomy and asana, as well as teaching methodology, so that you will feel more equipped to teach to the growing demands of asana based yoga in a safe way.
The course covers all aspects of yoga, maintaining the integrity of the traditional practice and the essence of yoga.

2 additional Saturdays during the term will be scheduled to allow those that have missed lectures to make-up this time, or to allow students to accumulate practicum hours. These make up classes will cost $50 each and run 12.30-5.30pm.(dates to be advised upon application.) Yoga Australia requires a 95% attendance rate, so only 1 five hour lecture can be missed without attending a make-up class.
