Uninterrupted flow of energy from movement to stillness in body, breath
Simon will begin by teaching accessible and effective spinal postures that can really enhance your health and fitness. He will then guide you through a series of fluid movements ranging from simple to complex that you will be invited to follow or practice at your own speed. You will have the option to incorporate pranayama as instructed by Simon (again accommodating beginners through to advanced students as appropriate.) This will then progress to fluidly moving energy in static postures. The day will finish with a visually instructed ecstatic practice of a Yoga Synergy sequence including static postures, smooth movement and intelligent breathing that is suitable for beginner to advanced level students and can give you the real essence of what traditional Hatha yoga is meant to feel like.
