This workshop is the first module of the Ihana Yoga Teacher Mentoring Program and provides a framework for understanding some of the ‘art and science’ of meditation. A look at the ‘how’ and the ‘why’, and introduction of Meditative Exercises (for immediate stress relief) and longer more traditional meditation techniques (such as Mindfulness, Breath Awareness, Body Awareness and Mantra.
