During this intro course you will learn the traditional sun salutations, as well as all the standing and some seated poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series. We will spend time understanding the correct and safe alignments and movement patterns. In addition to the weekly Saturday class, you can choose another Ashtanga class from the timetable per week. For more experienced yogis this could be an ideal stepping stone towards cultivating a Mysore style self practice and for complete beginners an ideal way to get more guidance before attending general Ashtanga classes.

The course fee $150 includes 10 sessions in 5 weeks. Saturdays 1:30-3pm + 1 casual class (Foundations or Mysore) per week.
