Calligraphy Yoga is a system incorporating principles from Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and the art of Calligraphy. Physical postures are brought together through continuous unbroken movement, directed by the breath and internal power, bringing a three dimensional feel into the practice.Incredibly therapeutic, Calligraphy Yoga is beneficial for the three main circulations within the human body; blood circulation, mental/nervous circulation and digestive circulation.
In this workshop you will learn
The second half of the workshop will include a led practice, linking the sequences together in continuous, unbroken movement. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and maybe even noticing your cells feeling happy.
