Learn how Budokon combines warrior and yogic principals taught in the tradition of Budokon, by it’s creator Cameron Shayne. This practice combines strong and circular sequence of postures, zen meditation, martial arts transitions, arm balances, ujjayi breath, and restorative poses to increase muscular strength, flexibility, concentration, and the cultivation of pure witness state.
