Join Simon Borg-Olivier for an informative and life-changing workshop that will take your yoga practice to a whole new level. Sessions will cover the primary series, as well as the most accessible poses of the second and third series. All levels are catered for including practitioners new to Ashtanga, as each posture will be taught from an easy or simple version to a harder or full version. By looking at these postures you will be shown how these all relate to the simple primary series postures that need to be learnt first. Everyone will be shown how far they can go. Simon has a talent for simplifying and passing on his vast anatomical knowledge in an easy-to-digest way keeping the asana practice anatomically correct and safe.
