During this 5 week course, you will be introduced to the fundamental asanas (physical poses), pranayama (yogic breathing) and the practice of vinyasa, moving from one pose to the next in a flow.
We will spend time exploring correct and safe alignments and movement patterns in the most common poses. As well, we will apply this in a vinyasa flow, so you better understand what is happening, where and when.
This course is recommended for students with little, or no, previous yoga experience as an ideal way to get more guidance before attending general Yoga classes. It is also appropriate for those wishing to deepen their understanding of their practice.
