Restore Your Energy

Ihana Yoga’s Jenni Morrison-Jack will guide you through a two hour Restorative Yoga practice – long, passive holds supported with blocks, bolsters and other props for utmost comfort.

Throughout the physical practice, Erica Morris will provide energy healing, to help release energy blocks, restore balance and flow. As well, Erica will channel for each participant, providing you with a personal message to support you moving forward.

Erica Morris is an Intuitive healer specialising in helping others to reclaim their power, connect with self and communicate with spirit.

Arrive in your yoga clothes & bring your mat or rent one from the Studio.
