The setting for this yoga retreat is the tranquil Bribie Island conveniently situated close to both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The venue is just 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The weekend will consist of sun salutations, hatha yoga classes, meditations, seminars and lots of free time to explore and relax in this natural paradise. This yoga retreat is suitable for all levels and no previous experience in yoga is necessary.
Our yoga style is a combination of dynamic and static poses working to activate and energise the 7 chakras. The sequence of postures balances and clears your energy field creating stillness, positivity and inner peace. This unique yoga system will assist in the strengthening of both your core and back while stimulating the purification of your organs as well as harmonising the endocrine system and reducing both physiological and psychological tension.
An additional theme of this weekend is to facilitate the connection between individuals from all backgrounds who share the common goal of inner peace and a healthy lifestyle.
Connect with other like-minded individuals and engage with a community that has a fresh, exciting perspective of the emerging of a new consciousness.
This Body Mind Soul retreat is an opportunity for a deeper level of practice and to share your passion for inner transformation with like-minded people.
Included in the program will be a special seminar on how to live an inspired life! Learn what this means for you and how you can apply this knowledge to your life.
We will also examine the different aspects of a happy life and how to manifest greater happiness in your life.

From Brisbane – Bribie Island is situated about one hour north of Brisbane off the Bruce Highway. Follow the signs for the Sunshine Coast and turn off the highway at the Caboolture/Bribie Island intersection. Take the Bribie Island road for approx 21 kms and cross the Bribie Island bridge.
From Sunshine Coast – Bribie Island is situated about 1–hour drive south from the central Sunshine Coast. Head south on the Bruce Highway following the Brisbane signs and then take the Caboolture/Bribie Island turnoff. Bribie Island is about 21kms east of the intersection.
The journey from Brisbane to Bribie Island can be planned by going to www.translink.com.au and using the journey planner. Type in the location you will be leaving from e.g. Brisbane Domestic Airport and type in Bribie Surf (Woorim, North St), to the destination panel and the web site will provide several options for the chosen day and date.
Brisbane Domestic or International Airport is the most accessible airport to Bribie Island. A shuttle for transport from Brisbane airport to the retreat venue is available. The shuttle will leave Brisbane airport on Friday @5pm and return to the airport on Sunday @ 4pm. For details and bookings please contact us.
THE FEE INCLUDES
The fee includes shared accommodation for
2 nights, all meals (including Friday dinner) over the weekend and all teaching during the weekend.
Please note the rooms are very large and accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Men and women will sleep in separate rooms. The rooms are cosy, simple and spacious with no bunks and plenty of personal space. The venue has a pool so remember your swimwear.
If you wish to secure your place a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.
