Our world renowned 200 Hour, one month intensive Teacher Training Course (TTC) sees trainees emerge as confident teachers with a strong and solid teaching skill set ready to begin their teaching career. The 200 Hr Course delivers a comprehensive, theoretical and practical hands on training program. It includes asanas, pranayama, kriyas, anatomy, ayurveda, philosophy, alignment and adjustment techniques, sequencing, mantra chanting, meditation and other traditional and contemporary Yoga techniques.
Goa Residential Training and Retreat Centre:
Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre is located in the area of Mandrem, which is a small local community in the municipality of Pernem North Goa. The local community is centred around traditional farming land and fishing. The community maintains its local charm, peace and tranquillity despite increased tourism in the past several years. Himalaya Yoga Valley is well known and established within the community, having been here for the past 10 years and the locals always have a warm welcome for our yoga trainees and Retreat guests. Mandrem beach village is approximately 10 minute walk from the Centre and boasts a beautiful long sandy beach on the Arabian sea. The gentle glow of the early sunrises and the evening sunsets on the Arabian Sea are memorable.
