Yoga Courses Beginners - Advanced

All courses are a systematic and progressive approach at the appropriate level. Students can move between courses within their level within the 10 weeks. All courses are carefully structured by Shimon & Jacqui and tailored so that students learn how to practise properly and progress in an effective way. Each term holds a different theme within the course.
