Description

This  program is for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Shadow Yoga and cultivate self practice. Individual guidance is given by the teacher. The program is run as a 3 week block on 10,17 January and 7 February. Booking is required as there are staggered start times from 6.00 am. It is suitable for Prelude Introduction and Prelude course students.
