The Art of Letting Go: with a Yogi
Wed Dec 16 6.30 pm - 9.00pm
The Buddha held a cup and asked “How heavy is this cup?”.
Before the disciples could answer, he would continue, “At first it is very light, but after ten minutes of holding it, it begins to be heavier. Imagine how it would feel after one hour of holding?”.
The Obvious answer is - Very Heavy!
Now what is the wise thing to do if something is getting very heavy: too heavy to continue to hold or to let it go.
The wise thing is to let it go.
And yet, how many burdens are we carrying all the time?
When stress, obligations and responsibilities, become really heavy, are you wise enough to let it go. Or do you believe that you must keep struggling and keep your arm up forever?
A workshop to taste ‘the art of letting go”, through yogic kriyas, meditations and visualisation. To free the mind from all necessary burden and to experience peace and tranquility in the here and now.
