A gentle monthly class exploring the healing space of relaxation
with Harsukh
Class is suitable for complete beginners to yoga, meditation and Kundalini Yoga
Inhale. Exhale. Pause. Slow down.
Selective Kriyas from Kundalini Yoga will be taught with an emphasis on relaxation.
Every deep relaxation will be held in the vibration of the higher heart crystal singing bowl to induce a feeling of love.
Be held in the energy of surrendering to all.
