$30 Community Healing Sessions
in tradition of Sat Nam Rasayan

Shift into your Destiny

Sat Nam Rasayan means “Deep relaxation in the true identity”. It is an ancient meditation technique and healing art in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. When you enter a state of Sat Nam Rasayan you becoming nothing and simply operate from the state of shuniya. It helps to release tendencies and limitations in body, mind and emotions (the common reasons for sickness).

Harsukh is a certified Level 1 Sat Nam Rasayan Practitioner & Kundalini Yoga teacher

Harsukh has been practising Sat Nam Rasayan for over 4 years and regularly travels to Perugia Italy to sit before the Master of Sat Nam Rasayan, Guru Dev Singh, to learn more about the art of healing.

This special healing is to be experienced!

Each healing session, lasting 30 minutes, is conducted by lying down on your back. Harsukh lightly rests her hand on the wrist or shoulder. The experience is similar to deep meditation or a deep relaxation or sivasana. It is suitable for all illnesses, perfect for mental stress and physical distress. Minimal conversation is exchanged and there is no consultation required. Whatever requires to be healed is summoned within the experience.

Bookings for each half hour appointment is required and can be made by email: harsukhlovepeace@gmail.com or via text 0431 996 480 prior to 11am at the day. (Apologies I cannot answer or respond to calls or txt messages after 11am as I am in healing session).

Location: Kundalini Yoga Collective, Level 1, 199-201 King St, Newtown, enter via Egan St. The studio is above Modern Times bookstore
