As we move into the colder months of winter, our bodies naturally want to retreat and stay warm and cozy. Winter is the season, to restore & protect our inner organs, to gently meditate and strengthen our immune system.
In our Thursday evening winter session classes, we have adapted them to be focused on letting go, relaxing tension, and rejuvenating our inner soul and allowing your yin energy to restore; in preparation for Spring!
Every class features a meditation, with pranayama (breathwork) and a Kundalini Yoga Kriya (gentle exercise) to release tension and a deep relaxation with a crystal singing bowl tuned to your higher heart
