Asana Pranayama Meditation to align with Winter and The Water Element (kidney + bladder meridians).
The winter season relates to the water element; the time when energy draws inward for inner warmth, renewal and replenishment.
Healing the water organs and functions provides consolidation (kidney bladder channels) playing out via structure, foundation and container.
Yoga practice follows the energy passage inwards with inversions and forward bends.
Yoga practices nourish the inner aspect to create a strong health foundation for the rest of the year, building a strong foundation in the body, with warmth to support the spine and nourish the nervous system..
