The Mindful Hot Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training provides students with a solid platform to deepen their own personal yoga practice, and the necessary tools to transform into competent and inspiring yoga teachers.
The course is designed to encourage self discovery at a students own pace as they learn about yoga and mindfulness whilst stopping to allow time for deep self reflection and personal study.
Combining twice daily hot yoga classes together with the study of modern hot yoga practices from around the globe, in-depth yoga philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, meridian theory, posture clinics, teaching methodology including intention setting and motivational techniques for class, the business of yoga and much more, this is truly a rich experience.
This course is ideal for serious students and aspiring teachers who wish to become part of a likeminded community. Those who successfully complete the 200-hour training will be fully accredited to teach the Mindful Hot Yoga Method.
