We started in 2009 and have grown to several daily classes and more than 8 different teachers on our Timetable. Our teachers all come with a huge amount of passion and experience  Each teacher bringing something different and unique to our beautiful studio. 

We love what we do! We love where we work! And we love our yogis that come and participate in our classes! We run classes for Adults of all sorts, Beginners, Gentle classes, Intermediate classes, Advanced classes. Pregnant mums and postnatal mums and kids.

We specialise in Pregnancy and run workshop specifically designed to help couples prepare for labour, as well as many other workshops throughout the year!
