Yoga offers many benefits to all ages. It may assist you in harmonising your body, mind and spirit. Regular practice of yoga will give you a sense of peace, wellbeing and an ability to be still and calm in the mind beneficial for athletes seeking peak performance and those wanting to combat the stresses of today's fast paced living.

We provide classes that cover asana, pranayama and meditation.

Our Teachers are trained and fully qualified and bring years of teaching and personal experience.

Conception Health operates out of our studio. Conception Health specialises in Prenatal (pregnancy) and Fertility Yoga. Kathy is a Naturopath, Doula and Yoga Teacher and incorporates much of her knowledge and experience into her classes to help woman, from preconception to labour and beyond.  

We offer  many workshops and guest teachers in Ashtanga, Kundalini and Yin Yoga and more.
