Description
A divine blend of flowing vinyasa yoga, and soothing relaxation and meditation techniques, with one of Australia's best known teachers, all at absolute beach front. Not to be missed! Beneficial and safe for all levels of experience and fitness. This retreat will be held at Tallow Beach Houses, which features individual beach-houses, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge room, kitchen and deck. The beach-houses are set in natural bushland just behind the frontal dune system of Tallows Beach, one of the quietest and most beautiful beaches of the region. The yoga room is timber floored, large and light. Meals are vegetarian and prepared using fresh ingredients on-site by carefully selected chefs.
