Five Week Program, one session per week per five consecutive weeks
This class is designed to help you rebalance your body after pregnancy, regain strength and flexibility and to deepen the existing bond you have with your baby in a safe, friendly environment.
Yoga helps new mums stay fit, have more stamina and offers mental and emotional relief from the demands of being a new mum. Yogic breathing calms the inner chatter of the mind and shows you that you can still do something for yourself while being a mum.
This class also offers the opportunity to do something for yourself without the need for a baby sitter and it presents you with the opportunity to meet new mums to share experiences and have some fun. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old until pre-crawling stage.
Mum and Baby Yoga is offered as a 5 week program - once a week for 5 consecutive weeks. You can attend as many 5 week rounds as you like.
The class is informal and lively, there is no expectation for your baby to behave in a particular way.
Special one time classes for mother groups also available.
